Quality Workmanship
We service most e-bike brands with motors up to 500 watts. Our team has particular expertise with the brands we stock, including Merida, Orbea, Norco, Dirodi, and Smartmotion.

Parts & Availability
We stock parts for our main brands, but for other manufacturers, sourcing specific parts may take additional time. We recommend discussing any electrical issues before dropping off your bike.

Service Conditions
To ensure we provide the best possible service for your e-bike, please note the following:
Queue System: We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Processing times may vary depending on current demand and the complexity of required work.
Safety Requirements: Essential safety items such as brakes must be in working order before we can perform any other work on your bike. This ensures compliance with our insurance requirements and keeps you safe on the road.
Optional Repairs: While safety items are mandatory, other repairs such as gears and drivetrain work are optional and at your discretion.
Payment & Collection: Full payment is required before your bike can be released. We provide detailed invoicing and welcome any questions about the work completed.
Warranty: All parts are covered by warranty, subject to fair use conditions.
