BEB Sales

At Beaches Electric Bikes, we prioritise customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every electric bike purchase meets expectations. We typically stock ebikes and kits from reputable, high-quality brands. Our warranty aligns with the manufacturer’s terms, generally offering a 12 month coverage on all electrical components.

The BEB warranty excludes service time required for replacing or swapping ebike components. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage caused by the customer. Our workshop is equipped for electrical repairs, and we’re happy to assist with these services. Routine bike maintenance, like brake or gear adjustments, isn’t covered by the warranty, but BEB is pleased to offer these services to our customers.

Please note that the manufacturer’s warranty typically does not cover ebikes used for commercial purposes, such as food delivery or courier services.

BEB does not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases or if a customer declines the replacement of any faulty electrical components.

Pre-orders

Deposits placed for pre-orders of ebikes that are not yet in stock are non-refundable but can be fully exchanged for another ebike of similar value. When deposits are taken for ebikes on backorder, with future arrivals in Australia, customers accept the possibility of price fluctuations. These fluctuations may be due to various factors, such as the cost of bike components or foreign currency changes. While BEB cannot control these fluctuations, if the final landed price increases, customers have the right to a full refund of their deposit if they choose not to proceed with the purchase at the new price.

BEB Hire

Beaches Electric Bikes will refund the hire fee if a BEB bike experiences a mechanical failure during the rental period. This does not cover damage caused by the hirer or mechanical failures resulting from misuse or inappropriate use of the BEB bike.

Every BEB hire includes a thorough handover specific to the model, instructing on care guidance for the duration of the rental. Not following the guidance provided in this handover will void any refund eligibility.
